The Clinton High School Football team starts its 2024 season with a preseason scrimmage at 6 p.m. on Friday.
The Arrows square off against Vicksburg High School, a member of the Mississippi High School Activities Association's 6A Classification, in the preseason scrimmage at Arrow Field on the campus of Clinton High School. It will be the first time Clinton fans will see the team under the direction of first-year Head Coach John Carr.
The scrimmage format will be two, 12-minute quarters for Varsity team members, and two, 10-minute periods with a running clock for Junior Varsity team members.
Arrow and Gator fans can pre-purchase their tickets before the game at GoFan (follow this
LINK). Tickets are $8 and the fans' phone will be their tickets if purchased through GoFan. Game-day ticket purchases can be conducted at both the home and guest ticket booths with GoFan or cash.
The scrimmage can be viewed on Clinton's HudlTV page (
LINK) with no charge for the viewer. Play-by-play commentary for the during the scrimmage's live stream will be provided Ray Coleman.
Clinton kicks off the regular season with a trip to Vicksburg as a featured game in the annual Red Carpet Bowl. The Arrows square off against long-time rival Warren Central next Friday, Aug. 30.
