The Lady Arrows Soccer team won their region 2-7A opener on Tuesday night by defeating the Germantown Lady Mavericks on the road by a score of 3-0. The win moves the Lady Arrows to a record of 6-0-2 and 1-0 in Region 2-7A.
Sophomore
Kayla Jones started the scoring in the 22nd minute on a goal with an assist from Senior
Zoie Zumbro. Jones would strike again just before halftime on an assist from Junior
Isabella Jones. The score at the half was 2-0 in favor of the Lady Arrows.
Senior
Cooper Holmes added to the lead in the 53rd minute on an assist from Junior
Kate Crisler to send the score to its final of 3-0.

Mckenzie Price, and Junior
Mandy Leach recorded their 5th clean sheet of the season in just 8 games. The defensive unit has only allowed 3 goals all season to this point.
The Lady Arrows return to action next Tuesday as they host the Lady Jaguars of Madison Central in another Region 2-7A matchup. The Lady Arrows will kick-off at 5:30 PM.
