CLINTON -- The Clinton High School football team gets its dress rehearsal against the Vicksburg Gators in a preseason scrimmage Friday night at Vicksburg High School.

The Arrows and Gators will kick off at 7 p.m. at Memorial Stadium. This contest marks the third consecutive year the two programs have met in a preseason scrimmage and the second straight year Clinton has traveled to Vicksburg.

Friday's scrimmage will feature two varsity quarters, with the junior varsity squads taking the field for a period of play between the two varsity quarters.

Clinton concluded the 2025 season with a 4-6 overall record, earning wins over Warren Central, Northwest Rankin, Pearl, and Murrah. Vicksburg finished its 2025 season with a 5-6 record and was defeated in the first round of the MHSAA Class 6A Playoffs.

IMPORTANT FAN INFORMATION

Fans traveling to Vicksburg should be aware of the Vicksburg-Warren School District's bag policy before arriving at Memorial Stadium (3701 Drummond St., Vicksburg, MS 39180).
