TUNICA -- The Clinton High School golf teams opened their 2026 season on Monday at Tunica National Golf Course.
The Lady Arrows placed seventh overall in the team standings, led byÂ
Ellyn Burchfield's round of 80. Burchfield tied for fifth place individually.
Laney Mitchell carded a 97, while
Harper Davis completed the 18-hole round with a 108.
Ben Brunson led the Arrows with an 88. All five Arrows broke 100 strokes, with
Robert Farr and
Cooper Smith each carding a 91.
Parker Cole finished with a 95, while
Jay Renick rounded out the Clinton lineup with a 97.
UP NEXT
The Lady Arrows return to the course on Thursday, August 13, at the Lady Mavs Invitational, hosted by Germantown High School, at Whisper Lake Country Club.
The Arrows return to action Thursday, August 20, at the Germantown-hosted event at Lake Caroline Golf Club.
