CLINTON -- The Clinton High School Soccer programs were well represented on the postseason stage with eight players earning all-star honors this past week.
The Lady Arrows placed three players on the Central roster for the inaugural Central vs. Coast Mississippi All-Star Showcase. Goalkeeper
Ellyn Burchfield, defender
Taylor Robinson, and midfielder
Elise Thomas were selected for the event scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, at William Carey University in Hattiesburg.
Freshman
Alex Holmes and
Ja'Milah Williams also earned postseason recognition, being selected to compete in the Central Mississippi All-Star Game on Wednesday, February 25, at Southwest Mississippi Community College in Summit.
On the men's side,
Jackson Carter and Parker were named to the Central team for the Central vs. Coast Mississippi All-Star Showcase, highlighting another strong season for the Arrows program.
Freshman
Colton Cox also earned postseason recognition, being selected to compete in the Central Mississippi All-Star Game on Wednesday, February 25, at Southwest Mississippi Community College in Summit.
The honors come as both Clinton soccer programs prepare for the postseason with playoff competition looming after the close of the regular season next week.
