The National High School Baseball Coaches Association (NHSBCA) named Clinton High School Baseball's Arrow Field as the Region 6 Synthetic Baseball Field of the Year.
"It is an honor to be recognized nationally for the commitment of our district to providing the best facilities for our student-athletes," Head Baseball Coach Sam Temple said. "It has been great support from our district and administration to keep up these great facilities."
Arrow Field has state-of-the-art turf that was laid by Shaw Construction and play began on the turfed infield and outfield in 2022. Arrow Field contains team locker rooms, covered hitting cages, LED lights, and all the necessary
accoutrements for an outstanding baseball facility.
NHSBCA's Region 6 consists of high schools in the state of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas.
As the Region 6 representative, Arrow Field is entered into the polling among seven other high schools for the NHSBCA's National Synthetic Turf Field of the Year Award. This award will be presented during NHSBCA National Convention on Dec. 5, in Fort Myers, Fla.
