The Clinton Archery team posted its best team score of the regular season, but it was not enough to upset perennial power Germantown High School on Thursday night.
Germantown claimed a 3,241-3,186 win over Clinton in front of a jam-packed CJHS Gym. Clinton's team score of 3,186 was the highest of the season thus far, displaying that the Arrow archers are beginning to hit their mark.
Clinton's Nick Strickland posted the highest individual score with a 283 out of a possible 300. Richard "Jacob" Taylor (278),
Gracie McGahey (270),
Mason Howard (266)
Evie Maynard (266), and Nick Morgan (266) rounded out the top individuals for the Arrows.
