Two members of the Clinton High School Women's Soccer team signed their letters of intent on Thursday morning.

Kate Crisler and
Isabella Jones inked their letters of intent to play at Mississippi College surrounded by family, teammates, coaches, and friends, at the Clinton High School Media Center.
"We are extremely proud of Kate and Isabella for taking this step in their athletic and academic careers," Head Women's Soccer Coach Elliot Rimmer said. "Kate and Isabella are the exact type of people that programs, teams, and organizations have to have in order to to be successful and are some of the finest representations of what Clinton Arrows are supposed to be."
Crisler and Jones were members of the 2022-23 state championship team and 2023-24 state runner-up team. Both were selected to represent Clinton in the Randy West All-Star game this year.
ON KATE CRISLER
"Kate has been an absolute rock of this team since the 8th grade," Rimmer said. "When things were chaotic or something went wrong, you could always rely on Kate to hold the line and maintain control of the game. Her level-headed demeanor was always present on the field, and helped with an easy transition to an off-field role this year after her injury."
ON ISABELLA JONES
"Isabella never played a game in which she didn't cover more ground than anyone else on the field," Rimmer said. "Her work ethic and grit were infectious, stepping up in big moments and leading us to wins we may not have achieved without her. This season after her injury she embraced a different role, never once complaing about the cards she was dealt."
