The Clinton Arrows Tennis team earned a 6-3 win over the Patriots of Madison-Ridgeland Academy on Tuesday afternoon at the Clinton High School tennis courts.
On the singles side,
Tejasvi Uppu and
Avanthi Remata both won their matches decisively. Uppu swept both of her sets 6-0, and Remata won by a score of 6-3, 6-0.
On the Doubles side,
Grayson Temple and
Tierney Cronin won 2 nail-biting sets, 7-5, 7-5.Â
Hannah Webb and
Morgan Haselhorst won handily 6-1, 6-1.Â
Kushal Mannam and
Ethan Rone won the first boys' doubles match by a score of 6-0, 6-2.
Owen Fulton and
Keaton Cole won the Mixed Doubles match by a score of 6-4, 6-3.
The Arrows return to action on Thursday as they travel to Gluckstadt to take on the Germantown Mavericks in a pivotal Region 2-7A matchup.
