The Clinton High School Bowling teams kept their winning ways going against Pearl High School at Indian Lanes on Monday afternoon.
The Lady Kingpins defeated the Lady Pirates 6-0, advancing their record to 5-0, and the Kingpins defeated the Pirates 6-0, improving their record 4-0-1.
TOP PERFORMERS
In the Lady Kingpins' match,
Tempe Cameron, a senior, provided high game of 244 and a three-game series of 603.
McKinley Allen, an 8th-grader, contributed high games of 193 and 187. Sophomore
Kendall Moore contributed a game high of 158 in the rout.
During the Kingpins' match, DeAngelo Dorsey had a high game of 214, and
Aiden McGloster added a high game of 204.
Brenley Blair,
Jake Bell, and
Isaac Krason added high games of 174, 172, and 170, respectively, in the Kingpins' win.
UP NEXT
The Lady Kingpins and Kingpins continue their home-stand next week with two matches. The bowling teams host Meridian on Monday, Dec. 9, and North Pike on Thursday, Dec. 12. Both matches are played at Indian Lanes and scheduled for 4 p.m. start times.
