The Clinton High School Bowling teams swept the North Pike High School Bowling teams at Indian Lanes on Monday afternoon in Clinton.
The Lady Kingpins shut out the Lady Jaguars 6-0 and advanced their perfect record to 10-0. On the men's side, the Kingpins blanked the Jaguars 6-0 and advanced their record to 9-0-1.
TOP PERFORMERS
Layla McGee rolled a high game of 188, which was the afternoon's best for the Lady Kingpins.
Ruby Martindale added a 170 and
Tempe Cameron tabulated a 169 for their high games on lanes.
Andrew Graves, a senior, had an outstanding afternoon. Graves was two throws away from a perfect game when he rolled his game-one score of 266. He added scores of 204, and 202, leading to a three-game total of 672.
Deangelo Dorsey collected high games of 225 and 211. Other high games of note included Evan McGloster's 203,
Aiden McGloster's 187, and
Isaac Krason's 173.

The Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA) Class III Region II Tournament is set for next Friday, Jan. 24, at Indian Lanes in Clinton. The tournament starts at 10 a.m.
