The Clinton High School Women's Basketball team lost to Terry High School 32-25 on Tuesday night at Arrow Gym on the campus of Clinton High School. Lady Arrow Jatoi Johnson led the team with nine points.

In the first quarter, Alajah Davis, who scored four points, broke a thee-minute scoring drought with a one-of-two visit to the foul line and helped Clinton retake the lead with a 3-pointer, 4-2, at the four-minute mark. Terry pressed the issue with an 8-0 run in the last two minutes, 29 seconds, of the opening period. 

Johnson sparked the Lady Arrows in the second quarter. The senior scored on a fast break and sank a jump shot. Caitlin White stole the ball off a Lady Bulldog and raced down the floor for a lay-up, tying the game at 10 points. Clinton and Terry each tallied one basket down the last two minutes and entered the intermission with a 12-all tie.

Clinton secured a 16-13 advantage in the second half's opening three minutes, but Terry knocked down a 3-pointer and hit four out of eight free throws for a 20-18 lead, heading into the last quarter.

The Lady Arrows got its deficit within one point twice during the fourth and trailed 26-23 with 59 seconds remaining. However, the Lady Bulldogs pulled away with a 6-0 run in the final 49 seconds.
