Jarvis Cole enters his fifth year in Clinton, where he serves as an Assistant Coach for both the Varsity Football Program along with duties for the 9th grade football team at Sumner Hill Junior High School.
"It's a pleasure to continue to build on the tradition of excellence daily while molding lives of tomorrows leaders." Coach Cole said.
Before coming to Clinton, Cole spent time coaching at East Central Community College from 2010-2012 in Decatur. He served as a Graduate Assistant at Alcorn State University in 2013 and 2014 in Lorman. Then, he coached at Meridian High School from 2014-2019, and spent a year at Hinds Community College, where he helped lead the Eagles to the Graphic Edge Bowl in 2019.
Cole spent his playing days in Scooba, MS where he played for East Mississippi Community College.Â
Cole is a recent graduate of William Carey University where he recieved his Masters in Education.
Cole is married to his wife, Jazmine, and they have one daughter, Lauren Madisyn.
