CLINTON -- Three Clinton High School volleyball players have earned Mississippi Gridiron Top Performer selections during the week of the September 7-12 following a victory over Warren Central on Tuesday, September 8, and a tightly-contested loss at Starkville on Thursday, September 10.

Maryan Ducksworth, Aubrey Joiner, and Tenley Prestwood were recognized for their outstanding performances in the Lady Arrows' two-match stretch.

Ducksworth earned her second Mississippi Gridirion Top Performer selection of the season after recording 48 assists, 23 digs, 15 kills, eight aces, and one block across the two matches.

Joiner and Prestwood each earned their first Top Performer selection of the season.

Joiner totaled 11 kills, six aces, five digs, three blocks, and two assists, while Prestwood recorded 12 digs, eight assists, nine kills, two aces, and one block.

The Lady Arrows return to action Tuesday, September 15, when they host Germantown in a MHSAA Region 2-7A contest at Clinton High School.
