CLINTON -- The Clinton Arrow Football program closed the book on its 2025 season with its annual end-of-season awards banquet held at the Clinton High School Auditorium on Sunday afternoon.
The ceremony celebrated the achievements, leadership, and character of Arrow Football players throughout the season. Additionally, the program honored the contributions of the senior class.
Team captains were recognized on both sides of the ball.
Cameron Cornelius and Donovan Shaiffer were named defensive captains, while
Jaiden Jefferson and
Jacob Jones represented the offense as team captains.
The Arrow Award, presented to players who best exemplify the program's standards and commitment, was awarded to
Trevis Coley and
Jaiden King.
Christian Cavett and
Ashton Nichols received the Coaches' Award in recognition of their work ethic, dedication, and impact within the program.
The Roy Burkett Award, named after legendary Arrow Football head coach, was presented to
Robsen Neblett for his accountability, leadership, and resilience.
The junior high programs also recognized standout performers from the 2025 season. The ninth-grade team honored Jett Tranberg and AJ Fairley, while the eighth-grade team recognized Aiden Johnson and Derrick Smith. The seventh-grade team selected Aiden Blue and Ben Bruce as its top performers.
Scholarships were also presented during the ceremony. Karen and Ray Johannson awarded the Iron Sharpens Iron Scholarship to
Christian Cavett and
Jacob Jones. Northside Baptist Church's Football Ministry recognized
Edward Hamilton and
Tyler Bilbrew as its scholarship recipients.
Listed below are the CHS Football players selected to the MHSAA Region 2-7A All-Region Team, the MHSAA Class 7A All-State Team, and the Capital Region All-Area Team.
