JACKSON -- The Clinton High School Men's Golf team competed in the Arrows Invitational on Tuesday at Live Oaks Golf Club.
Anderson Schoggin led the Arrows with his 88 strokes, finishing individually in 16th place, and the team placed fifth overall at the invitational.
Schoggin shot four pars on Live Oak's back nine, scoring six-over par. The back-nine performance bounced back the sophomore after an 11-over performance on the front.
The Arrows' team score of 364 was rounded out by
Ben Brunson,
Williams Parry, and
Mattox Miley. Brunson chipped in 89 strokes, Parry added 93 strokes, and Miley finished with 94 strokes.
Kellan Langdon shot 94 strokes in his 18-hole trek for the Arrows.
Maddox Walker broke 100 strokes with his 98.
