Down the final stretch of the 2025 cross country season, the Clinton High School Men's Cross Country team secured a positive finish at Mississippi College's Watson Invitational on Saturday morning.
The Arrows ran in the meet's Silver Division and claimed a fourth-place spot at Choctaw Trails.
Logan Moore, who is a freshman, led the Arrows with a 16-place finish with a 17:33 run.
Moore hit the 2000-meter split in six minutes, 42 seconds and closed out the final 3000 meters with a 10:50.
Ezra Connelly, also a freshman, provided a 23rd-place race with his time of 17 minutes, 54 seconds.
Bobby Guillory added a 18:10 finish, placing him in 33rd place.
Matthew Harrison landed five spots behind his teammate as he crossed the finish line at 18 minutes, 23 seconds.Â
Dillon Pittman was the final scoring runner as he posted an 18:44 pace in the 5000m race.

The Arrows toe the line in the Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA) Central Mississippi Super Regional on Thursday, October 23, at Choctaw Trails. It is the penultimate race before the MHSAA Class 7A State Championship on Saturday, Nov. 1.
