Coach Frost is entering her 1st year at the helm for the Lady Arrows Volleyball program, and her 3rd year in Clinton overall.  Coach Frost has also spent time as an Assistant Coach with the Lady Arrows Basketball program.

"Coaching in Clinton means Family. Everyone has embraced me like their own and made me feel like my opportunities are endless."

Frost spent her playing career at Mississippi College, where she both played Volleyball and ran Track. 

Frost originally hails from Tampa, FL, where her family still resides.
