ELLIOT RIMMER

Coach Rimmer is entering his 4th year at the helm of the Lady Arrows Soccer program and his 5th year in Clinton overall.  During his tenure with the Lady Arrows, he has helped lead them to the MHSAA State Championship in 2022-2023, a North State Championship in 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, and Region 4-6A Championships in 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.  Rimmer was also named the MAC Girls Soccer Coach of the Year in 2022-2023.

"Clinton is special to me as it is the city that my wife and I grew up in and have lived in for our entire lives. The people of Clinton bleed red, black, and white, and the support we have received from the community is unbelievable. From the local club soccer scene to the highest level of soccer in Mississippi with Brilla FC, the culture of soccer here in Clinton is unique, and fosters a sense of belonging and pride in our athletes from the moment they first kick a ball at Traceway. This pride translates into the way that they wear their hearts on their sleeves when they put on the jersey here at Clinton High School. It is a special place and I am proud to be a small part of it."

Along with coaching in Clinton, Rimmer has also spent time coaching with Brilla Juniors; Mississippi Rush United, and the Semi-Pro Mississippi Blues organization. Rimmer was named the 2022-2023 United Soccer Coaches Girls Coach of the Year.

Rimmer spent his playing career at Mississippi College for 4 years along with 7 years playing for the Semi-Pro Gaffa FC organization.

Rimmer is married to his wife, Anna Kate, who is also a part of the Clinton Public Schools family as she teaches at CJHS and coaches both Cheer and Basketball.
