RACHEL HURLEY

Coach Hurley is entering her 3rd year at the helm of the Lady Arrows Softball Program.

"In many ways Clinton is considered home for me. Mississippi College played a huge part in molding me to be the coach and person that I am today. I learned that you can truly be happy in pursuing something you love, and that impacting the lives of student athletes on and off the field is truly a blessing and a calling. Coming back to Clinton has been an amazing opportunity. The school district that is truly supportive of every team and activity group on every campus and staff members that wholeheartedly treat you like family. Our facilities here are some of the best in the state, and I am honored and blessed to have such an amazing opportunity to compete at the highest level of high school athletics here. Being apart of Arrow Nation is one of a kind and I am looking forward to many more seasons with the opportunity to compete and grow our softball program and become one of the top in the state."

Before coming to Clinton, Hurley spent time coaching at Meridian Community College from 2012-2016, East Central Community College from 2016-2017, Morton High School from 2017-2018, Terry High School from 2018-2019, and Brandon High School from 2019-2021.

Hurley spent her playing career at Mississippi State from 2005-2007 and in Clinton at Mississippi College from 2008-2012.  During her tenure with the Lady Choctaws, Hurley was named an All-Region player in both 2009 and 2010.
