Megan Smith enters her third year as assistant coach for the Lady Arrows softball team and her first year as Clinton Junior High School's Head Volleyball Coach. She furthered her academic and athletic pursuits at East Mississippi Community College. Afterwards, she obtained her Bachelor's and Master's degrees at Mississippi University for Women, where she was also honored as USCAA 2nd team All-American.

Smith is married to Ryan Smith, who is Clinton's Head Men's Golf Coach and the Arrows' 9th-Grade Baseball Coach.
