This will be Coach Wade's 11th season working with the Clinton Arrows Soccer Program. During his time at Clinton, Coach Wade has led the Soccer program to back to back State Championships in 2022 and 2023, and was also named the Mississippi Association of Coaches Boys Soccer State Coach of the Year in 2022 and 2023. Wade also serves as an Assistant Coach for the Boys' Cross Country team.

Before coming to Clinton, Coach Wade was a standout player at Mississippi College for 4 years, where he served as Team Captain in 2009 and was also named 1st Team All-Conference that same season.
Wade is married to his wife, Emily, of 11 years, and they have 2 children, Evan (6) and Micah (3).
