Coach Pletzke is entering his 2nd year as an assistant coach for the Arrow Soccer team. In his 1st year, Coach Pletzke helped lead the Arrows to the 2022-2023 MHSAA State Championship.
"Provides a great opportunity to coach within a community. I coach the players at the younger ages in club and it is great seeing them as they get older with their development and maturity and transition into the High School Game. Creating years long relationships is very rewarding."
In addition to helping the Arrow Soccer program, Pletzke has also spent time coaching with Brilla, Rush United, and spent time at both Raymond High School and Virgin Valley High School in Mesquite, NV.
Pletzke is married to his wife, Angie Coward Pletzke (CHS Class of 1996). They have 3 children. Addison graduated from CHS in 2022 and currently plays soccer at Itawamba Community College. Cooper will graduate in 2024 and is committed to play at ICC. Zach is currently in the 7th grade at CJHS and plays goalkeeper for the Junior High Boys Soccer Team.
