Coach Rafferty will be entering his 2nd year as the school district's Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, and has served in Clinton overall for the past 8 years. Rafferty has also spent time as an Assistant Baseball Coach from 2017-2021.

Coach Rafferty has seen success during his tenure in Clinton. He was named the 2023 NHSSCA MS State Strength Coach of the Year. He has also helped our Arrow and Lady Arrow Soccer teams earn multiple championships over the past 2 seasons.
Rafferty spent his playing days at Millsaps College, where he lettered on the Baseball team from 2010-2014.
Rafferty is married to his wife, Kenya, and they have 3 daughters, Tabitha, Josie, and Rozzi Clare.
