ATHLETIC TRYOUTS | 7/22/2026 2:14:00 PM

CLINTON -- The Clinton Arrow Kingpin bowling teams (boys and girls) will hold tryouts for the 2026-2027 season on Thursday August 13, 2026 at Indian Lanes in Clinton, MS (5:00pm-6:30pm). The tryout is open to any Clinton Public School District (CPSD) student currently in the 7-12 grade. Participants will need to provide their own transportation to and from the alley (Indian Lanes in Clinton, MS) on the day of the tryout.

Steps to complete to participate in the tryout:

Step 1: Email me your name, current school attending, current grade level, shoe size, parent's
name(s) and parent(s) cell numbers and email addresses to LKelly@clintonpublicschools.com
BEFORE the end of the day on Tuesday August 11, 2026.

Step 2: Participants will need to physically bring with them to the tryout a completed parental consent form AND a COPY of a current sports physical (DO NOT TURN IN ORIGINAL COPY of PHYSICAL). Participants showing up to the tryout without BOTH of these documents physically in hand and/or not having completed step 1 above will not be allowed to try out -- no exceptions.

Athletes in CPSD that have a Dragonfly Account must STILL BRING physical copies of both docs in this step in order to tryout as we will NOT be checking sport's physicals on Dragonfly the day of the tryout. Registration (collection of parent permission form and Sport's Physical copy) will begin at 5:00 p.m. and the tryout will begin at the close of registration at 5:30 p.m.

Bowling balls and shoes will be provided to all participants of the tryout. Participants should be sure to have reliable transportation at the alley to pick them up at 6:30pm at the conclusion of the tryout.
