When asked about his training philosophy, head coach William Ezell emphasized steady improvement. "Just really to get a little better every day," Ezell said. "Ever since November 13th, we've gone three days a week, and I've been really impressed with all of these young ladies. We've improved tremendously, and they've been a joy to be around."
For senior Allison Herron, repeating a familiar milestone stood out as the highlight of the day. "I think probably when I redid my 300 for deadlift that I did last year," Herron said. "It was fire, I loved it."
While the Lady Arrows celebrate a strong performance, Clinton now turns its focus toward what's next.
