CLINTON -- The Clinton Arrow Basketball team returned to Arrow Gym for its MHSAA Region 2-7A opener with the Starkville Yellowjackets on Tuesday night.
Antoine Harris and
London Mckenzie each had 10 points, pacing the Arrows' offense, but the Yellowjackets overpowered Clinton for a 61-41 win at Arrow Gym on the campus of Clinton High School.
Courtland Jones added six points as Clinton built offensive rhythm in the second and third quarters, but Starkville closed out any comebacks down the final stretch.
