The Clinton Arrow Kingpins earned decisive victories over the Warren Central Vikings on Monday at Indian Lanes. The wins push the Arrows to a record of 2-1 and the Lady Arrows to a record of 2-0-1.
The Lady Arrows swept the Lady Vikings on Monday with the A Team winning by scores of 383-269, 479-296, and 418-300. Sophomore
Layla McGee led the Lady Arrows with a high game of 182 and followed that up with a 181 to bring her series score to a 468 on the day. The Lady Arrows B Team won by scores of 279-263, 374-264, and 333-313.
Bailey Ferguson led the way with a game high score of 145 and a series score of 397.
On the boys' side, the Arrows defeated the Vikings by a score of 5-1. The A Team won the first 2 games by scores of 547-481 and 510-420 before dropping the 3rd and final game by a score of 486-306. Senior
Codey Upton bowled a 238 and 187 for a series-high schore of 425. The B Team swept the Vikings by scores of 481-268, 580-271, and 456-204. Junior
DeAngelo Dorsey recorded the game-high score of the entire match when he bowled a 266 in the 2nd game of the day and had a series score of 639.
The Kingpins return to action next Monday, December 4th as they host the Pearl Pirates at Indian Lanes.
